Increase Enrollment Numbers For Your School
Try Digital Advertising
If you’re still spending a bunch of money on leaflets for people to fill their bins with, try going digital.
You can use google ads to pay per click when somebody searches a specific keyword such as “schools near me” and then limit the targeting to your area.
Using Facebook, you can target parents with kids within a specific age group, within a specific location. We’ve created a youtube tutorial on how to do this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kidusQSyJ3Y
To do this, you will probably need some good video content to edit into a short ad for your school. If you don’t have any, a good video ad would be a senior member addressing the camera and showing the audience around the school.
By the way, if you have a virtual tour with call to actions, use it as a landing page. You’ll get the best CPAs and CPMs you’ve ever seen.
SEO is a great way to soak up traffic. The problem is that is very hard, time-consuming and can take years to have an impact. Depending on the domain authority of your competition.
If you don’t know anything about SEO, there are many guides, courses and resources online that you can learn from. The gist of it is that you want to have as many backlinks to your site from domains with good domain authority. As well as having good on-page SEO.
You can check the domain authority of any domain for free: https://ahrefs.com/backlink-checker
With platforms like TikTok and Instagram reels on the rise, you can create content on a mobile phone that can go viral. If your content is engaging enough, the algorithm will spread your message far and wide for you.
If you’re on a small budget, this is likely the best way to get your school out there without spending much money. You will have to spend time, though. Coming up with ideas of content and then finding what your audience engages with.

360 Virtual Tours
360 virtual tours are what we specialise in. They allow prospective students to navigate your school online as they please. Just like google maps, but for your school.
They have call to actions that allow website visitors to take action such as sign up, register for something or contact your school.
A short video on the benefits of a virtual tour for schools can be found here: https://www.loom.com/share/410d08a76d07435f8a49f1c84ebe4070

Video tours are much better at telling a story than virtual tours. They can take viewers on more of a journey. They are however limited in the sense that viewers can not navigate the location as they please, and they are also not interactive.
